Regarding Concert Light Sticks and Pen Lights
In order to minimize issues regarding the use of concert lightsticks, please follow the guidelines below.
Prohibited concert light stick and pen light specifications
Modified and homemade lights, as well as lights not sold in the market
Light with a length longer than 26cm
Lights that outshine and obstruct the performance
* Refrain from using ultra-bright lights (such as Ultra Oranges) during the performance.
Concert and Venue staff reserve the right to impose additional restrictions on usable concert lights.
Do not do the following acts with your concert lights
Obstructing the view of other audience members
* Refrain from waving around or throwing your lights, or any act that may damage the venue.
*Please do not drop your lights while at the venue.
Locker and Cloak
All bags must be 12”x6”x12” or smaller to be permitted into the building. Please note that you cannot bring in anything larger than this. (e.g. suitcase)
Coat check is available for a fee of 5USD.
All bags will be searched upon arrival.
Smoking
The Wlitern is a smoke-free environment.
The use of illegal substances and/or smoking (including but not limited to vapes, e-cigarettes and smokeless tobacco) is strictly prohibited.
Alcoholic Beverage Sales
Guests are required to obey all state and local laws governing the purchase, possession, and consumption of alcohol.
Sales to persons under 21 years of age is strictly prohibited under local law.
Entrance to the venue is prohibited while visibily intoxicated. If you are found to be intoxicated, you may not be allowed to enter the venue and may be asked to leave.
Video Recording, and Photography
・We would like you to immerse yourself in the concert as much as possible. Please refrain from recording, videotaping or taking photos during the performance.
・For those of you watching on the streaming site, we give you permission to take screenshots of the film and upload them on social networking sites and the web. Please share screenshots and spread word of the performance with others.
・Please note that uploading of video or audio is strictly prohibited.
・Cameras will be in the venue for video recording and photo shooting, and the audience may appear in media and in product images. Please understand that the recorded images and photos may be used on COVER Corporation website and in social media channels, and/or for merchandising, and promotional purposes.
Cautions during the show
・Moshing, diving, shoulder riding, throwing things on the stage, climbing on the stage, intentionally blocking the aisle, rushing to the front, unnatural calls, loud and strange voices, making loud noises that disturb the performance, moving from one’s seat to another, unnatural jumping, etc., are prohibited. Extreme cheering behavior such as waving both hands violently from side to side, waving arms around, bending the upper body, excessive jumping, and any other dangerous behavior that may disturb other audience members or the performance is strictly prohibited.
・The organizer, performers, and related parties will not be held responsible for any accidents, damage to equipment, or trouble caused by failure to follow the instructions and cautions of the staff. Please be aware that any compensation for damage to equipment or trouble caused by disregarding the above instructions and cautions will be the responsibility of the offender.
・Please take care of your health on the day of the event, and if you feel sick, please notify a staff member nearby.
・The venue is expected to be very crowded. Please cooperate by following the staff’s directions to line up and move around.Guests will comply with requests from venue staff regarding COVID protocols, facility operations, and emergency response procedures.
・Theatre staff may intervene where necessary to help ensure that the above expectations are met, and guests are encouraged to report any inappropriate behavior to the nearest security guard, or guest services staff member. Guests who do not adhere to these provisions will be subject to ejection without a refund.
・Please take care of your health on the day of the event, and if you feel sick, please notify a staff member.
・Please be aware that this concert may include intense flashing lights.
